Mirage Park Resort is the only & first hotel in Turkey with completely gluten-free cuisine. Including a buffet service! So it is also completely gluten free. Very good news! Turkey remains a popular vacation destination, but finding a good gluten-free hotel can be difficult in practice, so this is more than welcome news.
The staff of the hotel has been trained separately for this and are therefore very well informed and know what is involved. All aspects related to hygiene and preparation has been discussed in the training. They have set up their entire kitchen accordingly so that in all phases of preparing the food there can be no cross contamination or anything like that.
